Leadership Wilson in Partnership with Lebanon Special Schools District Leadership Wilson is a leadership development program in Wilson County, Tennessee, which trains and motivates individual citizens in community leadership. This website with its direct links to the Lebanon Special School District and Wilson County Schools, as well as, to individual public schools within our community, is the result of one small group’s project work to create a “virtual” Leadership Wilson for the youth of Wilson County. It has been part of an effort to creatively develop leadership within our children, share with them what Wilson County has to offer (from their viewpoint), enhance our youth’s understanding of their relationship to others in a high-tech world, and provide a more broad-based Leadership Wilson for Youth experience by moving it into the students’ classrooms and homes. The local sights clips and school promotional videos/slide presentations are student-made. High school students from Mr. Juliet High School designed the web page. Though this project was conceived by a group of Leadership Wilson Class of 2007 participants, it will be maintained and nurtured through a joint partnership of the Lebanon Special School District and Wilson County Schools.
