AHERA Notice
AHERA (ASBESTOS HAZARD EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACT OF 1986) COMPLIANCE Lebanon Special School District has a management Plan for the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act of 1986 on file in the Office of the Director of Schools, 701 Coles Ferry Pike, Lebanon, Tennessee. This plan has been inspected by the State of Tennessee and all deficiencies and inspections have been approved.
