The students at Winfree Bryant Middle School developed a public service announcement to raise awareness about online safety.

hey hey what's up do I know you know but it'd be fun to get to know you you want to go shopping sure let's go that was so much fun lots of pay for this no I got it are you sure yep okay by the chest you kind of want my number you've been really nice yeah thank you do you want a picture sure why not okay oh no this is just an example of Online safety and 1 of the many things that you'll have to be aware of when you and online activity I need somebody to send me home from this basketball game I don't have a ride I can take you home um I go to my friend too um I don't know if I know you know it's okay I go to my free brand you see me at school all the time okay okay let's go that kid was actually not a kid he was a 25 year old that had been stalking me on Snapchat thank goodness I didn't get in the car with him male was not actually a middle school it was actually an adult so be safe out there hey what are you doing here I'm waiting for this guy he's really cute see oh yeah where'd you find him online can I have his email sure thank you you're welcome hey I was just taking because I didn't really like that dude and he said he told me that he's a 52 year old man are you kidding me no we should probably leave okay kids this could happen to you be safe and make sure with your parents that you're talking to the right person be safe guys something's going down at school tomorrow what well I was playing fortnite with someone and they said they were going to bring a gun to which arrived too I don't know but it's got to be true cuz my friend got it too we made it to our mom maybe we should call the principal yeah okay so I just found this drum set that usually goes for $800 but I found it for only $100 but they want my birth date and and where I go to and where I go to school something isn't seem quite right maybe we should talk to your parents about it yes and before making any big purchase or any purchase you should talk to your parents the world can be a scary place for our kids to navigate and we would never let them navigate it alone but social media it's a scary place too and our children need help navigating so that they are safe safety is first always and we want our children to know the dangers of social media but to do that you have to be involved with your child please come out and support your children please come out and help keep them safe in our enough is enough event December the 5th from 6 to 8 it will be at the Wilson County Schools offices uh we have an auditorium there that we'll use and we want to fill it up with parents who love their children and care about keeping them safe from the scary things that are waiting our children on social media we hope to see you there
