Heather Sadler Gallaher grew up in Milan, Tennessee but has proudly called Lebanon, Tennessee her home since 2006. Upon graduation from Milan High School, she continued her education at the University of Tennessee at Martin. Heather holds a bachelor's degree in Communications and Public Relations.
Heather has more than 19 years of experience in sales, marketing, and communications. She also has experience in publishing, senior living industries, and the hospice sector. She currently serves as the Director of the Lebanon Senior Citizens Center. She holds a Tennessee Assisted Living Administrator license. Her passion and excitement for seniors and the community are evident in her day-to-day work and leadership. She proudly served on many committees in her community. Gallaher truly, "welcomes the opportunity to contribute to the service in the community she calls home simply because of the joy of service." She will serve as chairperson on the Lebanon Special School District School Board.
She now makes her home with her husband, Chris Gallaher, and her daughters, Sophie (10) and Savvy (7). She also has 2 stepsons including, Jase (22), who is currently serving in the United States Marine Corps, and Jack (19), a student at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.

Joel Thacker served on the LSSD board from 2002-2008 and since September 2020. He serves as Director of Operations at the Nashville Rescue Mission. Mr. Thacker’s community involvement includes President of Wilson County CASA, Board of Directors, Leadership Wilson, Big Brother Program, Wilson County Sports Council, Junior Achievement, and the TJ Martell Foundation. He is happily married to Jo Thacker, a teacher in Wilson County. Their daughter Bretton attends high school and plays tennis. He is ready to represent the students, parents, teachers, and community on the school board.

Mark Tomlinson has served on the board since September 2006. Mr. Tomlinson works in the service field as a developer and builder. Mr. Tomlinson is married to Lorie Tomlinson, and he is a proud father of four children.
