Health Services

The Lebanon Special School District has a team of registered nurses dedicated to the health and well-being of our students.  Our nurses work alongside parents, pediatricians and school staff to ensure the best care for students of the LSSD.  School nurses coordinate and oversee school health clinics in each school, perform appropriate nursing procedures and annual health screenings.

Project ADAM (Automated Defibrillators in Adam's Memory) aims to prevent death due to sudden cardiac arrest in children and teens. LSSD partnered with Vanderbilt to achieve the Heart Safe School designation for all of our schools.
