Kindergarten Registration and Enrollment

2024-2025 Kindergarten Registration Information

Kindergarten Requirements
  • Children must be five years of age on/by August 15, 2024
  • Children must live in the Lebanon Special School District
 
Documentation Required:  You will have the option to upload the following required documents during the online enrollment process. If you do not upload them, you will be asked to provide them to your child's school prior to the first day of school.
 
  • Certified Birth Certificate
  • Tennessee Department of Health Certificate of Immunization (this is a document given by a health care physician which includes shots and current physical with the doctor's signature)
  • Child Custody Documentation (if applicable)
  • Two (2) Proofs of Residency (See Acceptable Proof of Residency Reference Sheet Below)

Application Process:

The Lebanon Special School District is pleased to provide online enrollment parents/guardians to enroll students new to our district. (*Please note that if your child attended PreKindergarten in any of our schools then he/she is considered a Returning Student and you should complete Online Re-Enrollment Verification).  Online enrollment is an easy process that you can complete at your convenience from home. Once you create your account, you will be able to save your information and resume working on it at a later time if needed. (Please note that once you click on submit you will no longer be able to access it.) This process should take between 20-30 minutes. You can save your information and resume working on it at a later time if needed.
 
If your child attended LSSD PreKindergarten during the 2023-2024 school year, you will register them for Kindergarten in 
Skyward Family Access as a returning student.
 
If your child is NEW to LSSD, you may register them now as a new student in
Skyward New Student Online Enrollment.
 
*Applications submitted for the 2024-2025 School Year will be processed when our school secretaries return from summer break (mid July).
