Cross Country Tryouts for LHS

Cross Country Tryouts for Lebanon High School will be Tuesday, June 2nd at 8:30 AM on the LHS Track. Athletes will need a physical dated after April 15, 2026, a water bottle and shoes they can run in.

What to expect: A 1 mile timed run, several 100m sprints and a 10 min sustained run at a pace of their choosing.
