several old units several things that they smoke a lot of these units 25 years old ones that were looking at supposed to replace 97 heating air conditioning combination unit how many 97 doesn't cover probably 383 400 wheel directions they're not all of this age 25 years you've had incrementally replaced special and our goal is to replace those in a group and get a group by on it reactively go repair then there is end of life so we looked at a lady's back while we were walking to school we had we had some water heaters that we're going to tear what are even planned it to the Walter J Baird is kind of antiquated because you're not using need a bowl of water and some of the locations were going to remove that and then put in the more simple water and maintenance and then on our investigation there were some windows and doors at Walter Jacobs that are past their life there are three storefront doors on Walter J that are unsecured and they're also leaking a lot of condition are out of them so we can knock out both of those things at the same time seeing them up make them safe addition to that but that's all of the remaining Lighting in the district we can play some LED lighting in the past 32 summer project for we've added some ceilings and got things under control project but this makes another teacher to the district to upgrade to the main light LED which is where you get the most of the energy savings to fund his truck while we were doing the lighting look check out the forcefield lady kind of did this is a luxury at some point you're going to have to replace them down the road definitely not emergency we're looking at it and we're going through there's a there's a better way to do for light these are the costs all of the improvements and you also look at the the 10-year cost of Williams that has all of your maintenance savings and all of my Energy savings there's also some till he has ended so the cost of 42 million you think that's that's what we were saying over 10 years or so and in again doing it doing Replacements in the message that were talking about doing it just saves you a lot more money in them service calls and find one unit two minutes to talking to Jerry I think they had five service calls today on some of the units that were talking about so they're working on these things all the time and it's hard to come by parts the implementation plan for completion doodly X is about 24 months most of it'll happen quicker but to be fully complete how do you spell equipped the further out we have presented service agreement your master agreement to get through this book going there's a little bit more investigation to do into the HVAC portion of this there may be some music you may want to add maybe something to eat we got to considered a Anon edible type of project for the board that because of the nature of the services they offered the same as legal counsel or an architect or anything like that so we could be a dollar Services agreement and as projects were to come up there's already projects planned to extra money that's already been approved that would fall into this energy agreement the replacement of the door at the Walter J where has been on tap for a couple years now with it it's the gym doors Library doors and the band room for example I know that. We just replace the cooling towel at the castle height in projects like that that we have to complete any way that we would ask the board and it can be a funding as if we need a project it's under the agreement the board could approve funding at that point it doesn't have to be all one thing of one time and I think that's a would be agreeable to that and then our conversation Gary King anymore the technical stuff I'm not in the moon now has heat and air Mark May do more but Jerry can answer and I know that Jerry and I discuss all the time about the greatest need is an individual Heating and Air Tech because they spend so much time dealing with the boilers heating and air cooling towers HVAC during the snow we had to come in several times with the boiler system at Castle Heights it is 43 degrees in and some of the rooms we were out of school in Africa. you just dialed it carries assistant came in as well during those snow days to get the boys up and running again and waiting on a part so the total project for all the 3.6 million great so what you're saying is we would just approve the money as these projects are completed has anybody been approved to complete some of these projects and how much is that in somewhere around there I think it's still in that all has to be spent in any way by the end of this year December 31st is the last day that has to be spent and we're looking at Poplar Hill is basically a project over a 3 but your cycle do Capital Improvement so you were looking at this budget years next budget year and then the following budget year would finish it up so we were attempting to do this without looking it issue in any kinds of bond or look do any type of loan and basically using you are not basically we would be using School District dollars to do these upgrades that we budget in for some of this do I have to use anybody did you just say over the next two years to complete all his work correct this is finishing for my implement play December of 24 so that's not libros de okay project car with it being such a big project why would we get it out but being such a big project and we haven't looked at anybody else so it's the same with Architects state law if you're going to talk to someone you don't like them you can move on talk to another one that's how the service type is setup can type them up you can talk to multiple and soon you can but contractor but we're not talking about like whole project we're talkin about different projects that come available and we don't have the resources Manpower Gary didn't have the manpower to manage many different contractors off the same time but they're bringing it right we're just basically putting out there to bid bring it does we're not doing any work physically I Don't Wanna Cry other vendors for all this came up to just to see what kind of dollar amounts we were we were talking about so when you put together this is just me like from the standpoint he's like I would put together a proposal everything's I was looking to purchase and that proposal would have everything the one proposal and then I would send that out to everybody allow them to see that and then bid on that and then I would just do it one time and said have anybody coming in one-time showing them you know 50/50 things what's a proposed I mean like in sponsorship and Industry I get Bridgestone I know I got a good friend works there when I do things they did things out like that too and it's not like they just do it on one year this rate we'll do that right the option that a master Services agreement that they handle that side of things but getting all this out and putting everything together we can work on that we can definitely did that out because the professional service has has we are is that we basically engineered architect services to do this as manage account on something that's just going to move and vote I don't think boat on the first time in a prove something like that and we haven't started at 4 tonight and I hope everything's going well with that I also want to give you an update on summer school we had our registration online set out to meet you on Sunday so we had 328 students are enrolled currently Minden upcoming summer we have 148 3rd graders that have enrolled we did in life 321 so we have some more of that will be contacting in third grade if that's something that requires I mean we do have transportation that will provide for summer school so anybody that needs that they can sign up for that it's on the registration or they can let us know mr. actually start working on a list for track station routes of those that were invited and then we'll see how many end up coming home at the end we have our teachers lined up and we'll start doing some moving around a little bit as we see the numbers come in we also have okay kindergarten registration coming up May 7th that's held at College Hills Church of Christ they are they let us use their building and we'll have it a registration Fair Oliver Elementary Schools will be there with her kindergarten teachers you come in and meet the teacher that will be in school we have vision and hearing screenings that will take place and then other Community Partners that will be there as well for a family so that will be a big event from here I just want to brag on the schools and our family especially tennis
